Greg Reagan is the Managing Director of Reagan FVL, LLC, a forensic accounting firm specializing in forensic accounting – business valuation – and litigation support services with offices in Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC, and providing services in Alabama and throughout the southeastern United States. Greg possesses not only the technical expertise and integrity to serve clients with the utmost professionalism, but also demonstrated traits of innovation and creativity necessary to solve difficult problems. Greg has 41-years of service in public accounting firms – including “Big Four” international, regional, and local CPA firms – serving international, regional, and local businesses in both the public and private sectors; developing broad competencies in audit, accounting, income taxes, forensic accounting, business valuation, damages determination, fraud investigation, expert witness services, business plan and financial projections preparation, business consulting, mergers, sales and acquisitions, and strategic planning facilitation. However, for the last 27 years Greg has put this knowledge to work supporting his primary passion of providing forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support services.

As an Expert Witness, Greg has been recognized by numerous Judicial bodies and has been retained by both plaintiffs and defendants providing courtroom and alternative dispute resolution testimony, depositions, and submitting numerous forensic accounting reports submitted as evidence; including serving as Special Master or its equivalent. In August 2025 Greg was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 100 CPA business valuators in the United States.

Ann Marie Williams, JD, CPA/PFS

Ann Marie Williams serves as Managing Director and brings more than 30 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning public accounting, the practice of law, and financial services. Her career has been devoted to advising international and national closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives in complex financial, transactional, and litigation matters.

Ann Marie combines deep technical expertise with seasoned professional judgment. Ann Marie is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed attorney, a licensed health, disability and life insurance broker, and a previously licensed FINRA professional with Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, Series 7, and SIE certifications (her FINRA licenses are no longer active). Her credentials and experience provide her with a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, regulatory frameworks, evidentiary standards, and litigation strategy. Ann Marie maintains strict independence and professional integrity.

Melinda Barb, CPA

Forensic Accountant

Melinda Barb, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), joined Reagan FVL in the summer of 2025. She brings 30 years of accounting, income tax, auditing, and forensic accounting experience with her. Her start was in tax (corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and individual) and auditing. She has experience in both the public and private accounting industry, but her exposure to tracing and fraud investigations led to her passion for forensic accounting. Melinda brings a background of forensic investigation, analysis, business valuation, trial preparation, and research with a strong foundation in tax and forensic accounting which enables her to face the challenges of finding the truth within the numbers..
